My husband and I simply can not thank you enough for the incredible service we received during our home inspection this past Tuesday (150x xxxxx Lane. Vienna, VA). I just want to thank you so much for the amazing service provided by abode check (Fernando, Tom and yourself).
I was in a bit of a rush when I called Monday morning trying to find a home inspector for the next day. I spoke with Tom first who was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and even advised me of a few I should ask my home inspector. We talked for a bit about the property and impending inspection and he assured me you would call back and assist with setting up an appointment. You called to do this and were so friendly and accommodating which I loved. I called you a total of 4 times that day with lots of questions which were answered fully.
The next day I was excited to finally have my home inspection(the night before I told my husband that you all were great). Fernando was ready and waiting when we arrived. He is very pleasant but most importantly extremely thorough and unbiased. He informed us of things we weren't aware of but we would absolutely need to know. He took the time to point things out and explain details to us and again answered all of our questions. I had the idea that a home inspection would be a long drawn out process of waiting but I can honestly say Abode Check (Tom, Fernando and you Jan) made the experience pleasant and left us well informed. Your service and professionalism are exceptional and I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who is in the process of purchasing a home or needs to have one inspected.
